Inquiry information
The form collects your name, phone, email, city, project type, project details and agreement to contact you about the inquiry. Do not submit sensitive medical, financial or household documents. Information is used to handle and respond to the request.
Storage and notification
Accepted requests are stored in a server directory protected from public web access. An email notification containing the inquiry is attempted to the site contact. A submission reference confirms server acceptance, not inbox delivery. Server records older than 30 days are removed when a new request is processed. Hosting logs and email copies follow their providers’ retention settings and may last longer.
Abuse prevention and site requests
A short-lived keyed hash of the requester’s network address limits repeated form requests. Raw addresses are not saved in the inquiry JSON files; the hosting provider may record them in access logs. The release does not install analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and site images are served locally.
